Apply and report

All applications to the Knowledge Foundation are submitted through our application and reporting system, SBS Manager. This is also where you submit reports for your ongoing or completed project.

Separate user accounts required

Please note that the programme types listed below require separate user accounts. This means you will need to register a new user account if you intend to apply for or report within a programme type that is new to you. For example, if you have a user account for Recurring Programmes, you cannot use it for Special Initiatives or the KK-miljö programme.

Recurrent Programmes

Includes projects within Associate senior lectureships, Capacity building, Early academic career, Education for working professionals, Industrial graduate schools, Research profiles, Research projects, Second cycle education and Synergy projects.

Special Initiatives

This category includes projects within the Jubilee doctoral students initiative.

KK-miljöer

Includes projects that have been granted within a KK-miljö.
